| Success Story: Achievements : 1. I stood second in ‘Training Proogramme of Cachet Pharmaceuticals 1993.
2. I was Star Representative in Glaxo India Ltd., in the year 1994-95, 95-96.
3. I have received highest ‘Evaluation Award’ in the year 1994-95, 95-96 in Glaxo India Ltd.
4. I have received appraisal for MINIPRESS XL& MAGNAMYCIN selling from H.O. in Pfizer Ltd., in the year 1997-98.
5. We sold THOUSAND VIALS INSULIN in reputed medical college of Calcutta in Cadila Pharmaceuticals.
6. As a team we had Highest Productivity of MAGTAM,BRODICLOX,FIBOMAX,in Alkem Ulticare.
7. As a team we had highest P.C.P.M in ALKEM ULTICARE,in West Bengal.
8. I have received “Phylips Home Theater” for the yearly performance 2005-2006 in Alembic Specia.

MAJOR ACHIEVEMENTS:-
· Launched “Centaur Pharmaceuticals Ltd, MUMBAI” in ROURKELA-HQ, Orissa as Medical Representative in April’96 and achieved a sales figure of 2.5 Lac per month. Subsequently promoted as District Manager for JHARKHAND and part of BIHAR.
· Launched “Ajanta Pharma, Mumbai” as a ‘Regional Sales Manager’ in Orissa in April 2001 having ten Medical Representatives and two Area Sales Managers and one depot officer and attained a monthly PCPM of Rs.1 Lac within six months time.
· Worked as Regional Sales Manager – East stationed at Calcutta with “Smith and Nephew Healthcare, UK,”and was looking after West Bengal, Orissa, Bihar, Jharkhand and North Eastern Regions where I had given 23% sales growth to the company. Handling Institutional sales (Tender/Rate Contract/Rate Enquiries) sales to many central and State Govt Clients.
· Before gaining promotion with “Smith and Nephew Healthcare” was posted in North East as Guwahati my Head Quarter to explore seven states. Illustrated my capabilities and dealt with various situations and increased sales of Northeast to 35% and earned two raises in my salary and then the promotion. Business of N.E.has increased manifold and systems established by me were credited with saving the company several thousand dollars by providing complete control of inventories in Northeast.

• M.Sc. Dissertation Isolation of Microorganisms from human oral cavity and its characterization.
In this project I investigated on Oral Microbiology in Human health and effect of alum, salt, mustard oil and commercial toothpaste against Oral micro flora isolated from healthy and persons who had a history of oral disorder of different age group.
